EWA have developed a design for a new facility for Fareham College called CEMAST – Centre for Engineering and Manufacturing Advanced Skills Training.
The College already offers marine and aviation courses, both full and part time in conjunction with local employers and apprenticeship schemes. As part of its wider estate strategy the College is relocating these specialist courses to a new purpose designed building on a site that is part of the Daedalus Enterprise Zone located on the Gosport Peninsula in Hampshire; an existing airfield site that is being redeveloped, with particular emphasis on aviation and marine employment.
Leadbitter Construction secured the project and CPM are pleased to announce the recent success in winning the decoration package with decoration due to commence early February.
